Important! Shipping to USA Policy Update (20 Feb 2026)

Quick Update on Shipping Charges Amid U.S. Trade Changes (20 Feb 2026)

Due to recent U.S. import rule changes—including the Supreme Court ruling and President Trump’s immediate response invoking new legal authorities—the situation is extremely volatile. Trade regulations are now changing so frequently that it is impossible for any shipping system to catch up with the hourly updates from U.S. authorities.

To make sure your package clears customs smoothly and isn't delayed or held, we will continue collecting an advance payment of 20% of the order's total at checkout. In our experience with FedEx, prepaying these costs is the only way to guarantee priority clearance and protect your order from unexpected customs holds.

Because these taxes are settled through an automated system with FedEx and U.S. Customs as soon as the package enters the country, the amount is final and non-refundable, regardless of any future policy changes or reassessments. This allows us to settle all fees immediately so your delivery stays on track.

We’re keeping a close eye on official updates and will adjust this as soon as the situation stabilizes. Thank you so much for your patience and continued support during this unpredictable time!

Notice 1:

As the Hong Kong Post has suspended shipping of goods to the US, all orders going to the US will be shipped by Fedex. Fedex has just announced an increse in shipping cost, so the new flat rate will be $30 per order.

Notice 2:

The US government has officially removed the de minimis threshold as of August 29, 2025. Consequently, all orders—regardless of their country of origin—will be subject to import duties and fees. Responsibility for these import duties and fees will rest with the customer. Please consider these additional costs when placing your order.

Notice 3:
Effective September 15, 2025, FedEx will bill import duties and fees to the shipper unless the recipient holds a FedEx account, to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery. Therefore, we will collect an advance payment of 20% of the order’s total value at the time of purchase to cover these charges.

These regulatory and shipping changes are very recent, and ever chaning rapidly. There may be factors that are not yet fully clear, and our processes may evolve as we learn more. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to manage this transition, and we will communicate promptly as new information becomes available.
